We have island wide delivery.

How long does it take us to process an order before it is dispatched?

1 Day or 24 Hours within Colombo suburbs

Other areas 3 – 4 working days

Do we ship packages internationally?

No we do not ship overseas yet.

What should I do if a wrong order is delivered?

Please return it to the rider with the relevant note on what the error is and call 076 9944040.

What should I do if products are missing?

I didn’t get my order within the said time. What do I do?

I received damaged products. How do I get them replaced?

Returns

Do we accept changes, if damaged?

Yes, we accept changes, if damaged or differs from product image. Please note, used products will not be accepted. We urge our customers to check all orders when received.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?

Other reasons for return will be charged LKR 300 as courier charges

What if I want to change/cancel my order before it is delivered?

Please call us on +94 769944040 and we will cancel/amend it for you, if it is within the window of 24 hours

Payment methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery. We are working on Credit and Debit Card payments.

What is the minimum and maximum order value?

Minimum order value of LKR 2000 will be free delivery

Orders below LKR 2000, will have a courier charge of LKR 300

Will I be charged for the cancellations made?

We do not charge for cancellation made within 24hrs. Once the orders are dispatched payment should be paid once delivered.

What do I do if I am overcharged for the order placed?
