Since pineapple contains the bromelain enzyme\nit helps to increase the blood cells in the body. Bur be careful and do not eat\ntoo much pineapple because that will result in excess blood discharge. <\/li><li>Coriander seeds which is an\nall-rounder also helps with the menstrual cycle. If you can drink boiled\ncoriander seed water thrice a day, that too will give good results. <\/li><li>Doing yoga at least 5 times a week\nwill also help to regulate your menstrual cycle and it can be done easily at\nthe comfort of your own home. <\/li><li>Eating ripe papaya will also give\ngood results.<\/li><li>Fennel seeds that are used to\nenhance the taste in food is also a good remedy. Put a few fennel seeds to a\nglass water and let it soak overnight.
